At our company, we offer shipping to all major cities, towns, and villages within India. Presently, we only ship within India. Our products are typically delivered within 14 business days from the date of placing the order. We take pride in our partnership with reliable courier services to ensure the timely delivery of your order.

Upon dispatch, you will receive a tracking code via email or message, enabling you to track the status and location of your order directly on the courier's website.

Courier Service:
We have established partnerships with the leading shipping companies in India, allowing us to service almost all locations across the country through our courier partners. Generally, products are delivered within 14 working days after the order placement.

Keep tabs on the status and location of your products easily. Utilize the provided tracking code, sent to you via email or message, on our courier partners’ website.

Returns and Refunds:
We aim to provide you with the best shopping experience possible. Please note that opened or damaged products, once sold or delivered, cannot be exchanged or returned due to hygiene reasons. However, if you receive a tampered or damaged product, please inform us within 24 hours of receipt, providing supporting images and videos, so we can promptly address your concern.
We only accept exchanges for products with damage or manufacturing defects reported within the specified timeline outlined below. Please be aware that we are not responsible for any damage caused after delivery, including damages due to neglect, improper usage, or incorrect application.
To qualify for an exchange, returned products must be in a saleable condition, in their original packaging, and undamaged. Please note that all returns and exchanges are subject to checking and vetting by Sahya Natural.
Kindly note that no refunds will be made once goods are sold. For any product quality complaints, please email us within 7 days of your order delivery.

Cancellation Policy:
At Sahya, we understand that situations may arise that necessitate the cancellation of an order. To provide you with the flexibility to do so, we have established the following cancellation policy.
You have the option to cancel your order within two hours of placing it on our website, provided that the products in your order have not yet been dispatched. If an order is not canceled within this two-hour window, cancellation will not be possible. However, if you manage to cancel your order within the specified time frame, a 2.5% payment gateway charge will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded to the cardholder. The refund will be processed through the same payment instrument within 7-10 working days or in accordance with the guidelines of the respective bank.
